In recent years of MCU, we have seen many young superheroes emerged in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

10 Youngest Heroes in MCU 

1- Love (age 10) From Thor: Love And Thunder

Gorr the God Butcher’s daughter, known as Love, is a surprising addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), introduced in Thor: Love and Thunder. She represents both innocence and immense potential in a world filled with gods and epic battles.

At the end of the film, Love is adopted by Thor and is seen fighting alongside him, wielding Stormbreaker. While her exact age isn’t mentioned, she was likely around 10 years old during filming, when she played Chris Hemsworth’s daughter.

2- America Chavez (age 14) in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

America Chavez, played by Xochitl Gomez, is first introduced in the movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. She is only 14 years old but possesses incredible powers; she can create portal openings to other dimensions.

Her character is essential to the multiverse storyline and signifies strength, even at such a young age. America’s introduction establishes her for major roles in upcoming MCU projects as she explores her powers and duties.

3- Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel (age 16) In The Marvels 

Kamala Khan is a revolutionary character introduced into the MCU. She is the first Muslim superhero to ever get her own series. Kamala, played by Iman Vellani, is a 16-year-old Pakistani-American girl from Jersey City who mainly experiences the highs and lows of high school while getting to learn her new superpowers.

While directing The Marvels, Nia DaCosta confirmed Kamala remain 16 year old during the events of the film, which directly follows Ms. Marvel. The film has a storyline where Kamala and Carol Danvers are switching places, which is quite thrilling.

The post-credits scene of The Marvels indicated Kamala recruiting Kate Bishop, 23, for a possible Young Avengers team-a clear indicator of her being a key figure among younger heroes in the MCU. 

Kamala’s adventure is about her growth and is also an adventure in the making in this vast universe. 

4- Tommy Maximoff/Speed (age unclear) After Agatha All Along

Tommy Maximoff, Billy’s twin brother, also debuted in WandaVision. While his exact age is not clear after the events of Agatha All Along, it is likely that he is similar in age to Billy.

Tommy possesses super-speed abilities and is expected to evolve into his role as Speed within the Young Avengers team.

5- Billy Maximoff/Wiccan (age 16) In Agatha All Along

Introduced in WandaVision, Billy Maximoff, also known as Wiccan, is one of Wanda Maximoff’s magically created twin sons. His character ages rapidly due to Wanda’s hex, eventually stabilizing at 16 years old by the time of Agatha All Along. 

Billys powers are identical to Wandas magic, which makes him special in the eyes of young heroes. The fact that he is connected with the Young Avengers in the comics means that he will play a significant role in the upcoming projects of the MCU.

6- Skaar (age 17-18) In She-Hulk: Attorney at Law

First introduced in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Skaar is the son of Bruce Banner (the Hulk). His age is somewhat unclear, but is estimated to be around 17-18 years old.  

Even with little screen time thus far, Skaar’s connection to Hulk could possibly lead to his being used in comics with younger heroes in the future.

7- Cassie Lang/Stature (age 18) In Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania 

Cassie Lang, daughter of Scott Lang (Ant-Man), has been portrayed by multiple actresses throughout her appearances. Born in 2008, she was just a child in Ant-Man (2015) but has grown significantly since then. 

By Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Cassie is 18 years old and has developed her own Pym Tech-powered suit, stepping into her role as a young superhero. 

8- Peter Parker/Spider-Man (age 18) In Spider-Man: No Way Home

Tom Holland’s performance as Peter Parker brought him one of the most iconic characters in the MCU. The movie Captain America: Civil War marked his introduction as a teenager and followed extensive growth through Peter’s journey.

By Spider-Man: No Way Home, he is confirmed to be 18 years old, as he navigates the challenges of adulthood while remaining youthful in terms of resilience and humor.

9- Riri Williams/Ironheart (age 19) In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Riri Williams, played by Dominique Thorne, is introduced in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. At 19 years old, she showcases her brilliance by constructing her own Iron Man-style suit from scrap materials.

Riri’s intelligence and innovation position her as a self-made hero within the MCU, and she is set to head her own series, Ironheart, further exploring her character.

10- Shuri/Black Panther (age 19-20) In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
